Hours of Operation

Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration is open daily, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Due to the weather, the Aquarium will be closing at 1pm on Friday, September 3. Last entry will be at noon.

December 1-February 28
Open Daily 10:00am to 5:00pm (last admission at 4:00pm)

March 1-31
Open Daily 9:00am to 5:00pm (last admission at 4:00pm)

April 1-October 31
Open daily 9:00am to 6:00pm (last admission at 5:00pm)

November 1-30
Open Daily 9:00am to 5:00pm (last admission at 4:00pm)

Please note the Aquarium will be closing at 3:00pm (last admission at 2:00pm) on Saturday, September 25.

Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration is located in Mystic just off Exit 90 on Interstate 95, about 10 miles east of New London along Connecticut's southeastern shore.
